Eligibility
Each post carries its own minimum qualification, shown against it below. Age is counted as at the closing date and relaxation applies as per government policy. Employees already serving in government, semi-government or autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel.
Age limit: 18 to 40 years, depending on the post
Quota: Posts are allocated across open merit, a women's share, and the provincial and regional quotas shown against each post
By post:
Assistant Chief — Grade-C or equivalent Master's degree in Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource or LLB from an HEC-recognised institution. A higher qualification is preferred.; Experience: 5-7 years, including at least 2 years in monitoring, evaluation, research, project management, women's rights, legal issues or report writing in the government sector or an INGO/NGO; Age: 28-40 years; Open Merit 01, Open Merit (Female) 01, Punjab 03, Sindh 02, KPK 02, Balochistan 01, GB 01, AJK 01.
Steno Typist — Intermediate or equivalent, grade-B; Experience: Typing speed 40 words per minute, shorthand 80 words per minute, computer literate; Age: 18-30 years; Punjab 06, Open Merit (Women) 01, Sindh (Rural) 01, Sindh (Urban) 01, KPK 01, Balochistan 01.
Driver — Middle pass with a valid driving licence and medically fit; Age: 18-28 years; KPK 01.
Naib Qasid — Primary pass; middle pass preferred; Age: 18-28 years; Local (Islamabad and Rawalpindi).
How to apply
Applications are submitted online through the ETS website https://elite.org.pk by 12 October 2026. For serial 1 and 2, create a profile on the ETS site first and apply online; a tutorial video is on the ETS site. For serial 3 and 4, the application form with the challan form is available on the ETS website — fill it in, submit the fee, and post it through a proper courier service to the address on the form. After paying, send the application form with the challan form signed and stamped by the bank, together with attested credentials, to Elite Testing Services, Office No. 11, 1st Floor, London Plaza, G-9 Markaz, Islamabad. Send documents in an A4 envelope and do not fold them.
Fee: Deposited by challan at any MCB branch, or online; the deposit slip is non-refundable and non-transferable. Keep the original.
Documents to attach: degree or certificate attested by HEC or the concerned regulatory body, CNIC, experience certificates, challan form signed and stamped by the bank

Test or interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for test or interview. ETS informs candidates by SMS to download and print the roll number slip from https://elite.org.pk. Test date, time and venue are on the roll number slip. No separate call letters are issued by post.
