General Manager (Construction) — BE/BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent (PEC Registered Professional Engineer), preferably Master's degree in Construction Management or Project Management. Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in construction, project execution, Technical Sanction, implementation of public sector development projects contract administration and infrastructure development, projects. 07 Years experience in PPS-08 or equivalent in a Government/Public sector organization. Knowledge of Planning Commission Guidelines, PPRA, FIDIC and project management tools will be an advantage.; Age: Maximum Age: 55 Years.
Manager-Design (Head of Wing) — Bachelor of Architecture (05 Years) from an HEC-recognized university with valid PCATP registration. Master's Degree in Project Management. Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in designing infrastructure/housing projects.; Age: Maximum Age: 40 Years.
Manager – Engineering Works (Head of Wing) — B.Sc. Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university with valid registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) with PEC. Master's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or Structural Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in engineering works, preferably in construction, civil works, infrastructure development, project management in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body, or reputable private-sector organization.; Age: Maximum Age: 40 Years.
Manager – Finance — MBA (Finance)/ACMA/CA (Finalist) or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in finance, accounts, budgeting, financial management, audit, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body or reputable private-sector organization.; Age: Maximum Age: 40 Years.
Manager – Contracts & Procurement — B.Sc. Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university with valid PEC registration. Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project. Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in contracts, procurement, tendering, contract administration, or supply chain management, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body, or reputable private-sector organization.; Age: Maximum Age: 40 Years.
Assistant Manager Design — Bachelor of Architecture from an HEC-recognized university with valid PCATP registration. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Lumion, 3ds Max, and D5 Render. Minimum 03 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in architectural design, planning and preparation of architectural drawings, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, consultancy firm or reputable private-sector organization.; Age: Maximum Age: 35 Years.
Assistant Manager Engineering Works — B.Sc. Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university with valid PEC registration. Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project. Minimum 03 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in engineering works, construction, infrastructure development, project execution, maintenance, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body, engineering consultancy, construction firm, or reputable private-sector organization.; Age: Maximum Age: 30 Years.
Visual Artist — DAE (Civil) from a recognized institution. Minimum 07 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in architectural visualization, graphic design, 3D modelling/rendering, architectural design or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, architectural consultancy, construction firm or reputable private-sector organization. Experience of Lumion, 3D Studio Max, D5 software. Candidates having Diploma in Architecture will be given preference. Candidates also have to submit portfolios.; Age: Maximum Age: 35 Years.
Sub Engineer (Civil) — Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil Engineering). Minimum 05 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in civil engineering works, construction, infrastructure development, building maintenance, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body, engineering consultancy, or reputable construction firm.; Age: Maximum Age: 35 Years.
Assistant Finance — BS Accounting & Finance or equivalent in related field. Minimum 02 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in finance, accounts, budgeting, audit, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body, or reputable private-sector organization.; Age: Maximum Age: 30 Years.
Assistant Contracts & Procurement — BSc Civil Engineering/Commerce/Supply & Chain or any related filed from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 02 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in contracts, procurement, tendering, purchasing, supply chain management, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body, or reputable private-sector organization.; Age: Maximum Age: 35 Years.
Surveyor — Diploma/Certificate in Surveying. Minimum 02 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in land/building surveying, civil works, construction, infrastructure development, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body, engineering consultancy, or reputable construction firm.; Age: Maximum Age: 30 Years.
CAD Operator — DAE (Civil) with AutoCAD proficiency. Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in CAD drafting, mapping, spatial data management, digital mapping, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, engineering consultancy, architectural firm, or reputable private-sector organization.; Age: Maximum Age: 40 Years.
Site Supervisor — Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 02 years of relevant professional experience in site supervision, construction, civil works, building maintenance, infrastructure projects, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, construction firm, engineering consultancy, or reputable private-sector organization.; Age: Maximum Age: 30 Years.
Draftsman — Diploma/Certificate in Draftsmanship with AutoCAD. Minimum 02 years of relevant professional experience in drafting, CAD drafting, architectural/civil drawings, or related fields. Experience in AutoCAD and preparation of technical/working drawings shall be preferred.; Age: Maximum Age: 30 Years.
