Identify and acquire new SME clients to grow the bank's SME lending portfolio.
Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy in line with the bank's goals.
Promote the bank's financing products, including working capital, trade finance and term loans.
Manage and enhance existing client relationships to retain and grow the portfolio.
Review the financial health and performance of clients to identify risks and opportunities.
Conduct periodic client visits and report on portfolio performance.
Analyse financial statements and business models of SME clients to assess creditworthiness.
Structure and recommend financing solutions suited to client needs.
Prepare credit proposals that comply with internal policy and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure credit facilities are approved within the bank's risk appetite.
Monitor accounts for early warning signals and act to mitigate risk.
Maintain compliance with the bank's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Meet financial and non-financial targets including revenue, portfolio growth and client satisfaction.
Eligibility
Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent in Business or Commerce from a university, college or institute recognised by the HEC. A Master's degree in Business, or a professional certification such as Economics, Accounts, AIBP or JAIBP, is preferred. Maximum age 26 years as at the last date of submission. Fresh graduates are welcome and candidates with relevant banking experience are encouraged to apply.
