About the job
Benefits for Assistant Professor and above: single accommodation in Quetta Cantt; pick and drop from residence to the college and back; one return domestic air ticket a year for yourself if you belong to a city other than Quetta; and married accommodation with half the rent borne by QIMS.
Eligibility
The basic qualification is MBBS. All other qualifications, teaching experience and research publications are as per PM&DC 2025 regulations, and FCPS or PhD in the basic sciences is preferred. For the Senior Lecturer post in Behavioral Sciences: MBBS with FCPS or MPH, or MS Clinical Psychology or MSc Psychology, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the HEC, preferably with a clinical diploma or ADCP diploma from a recognised institute. For Demonstrator in Behavioral Sciences: MBBS is preferred; candidates with an MS, BSc or MSc in Clinical Psychology or Psychology, a clinical diploma or ADCP diploma from a recognised institute, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the HEC, are also considered.

Documents to attach: employment form with all required documents, attested by a gazetted officer, PM&DC teaching experience certificate, PM&DC faculty registration, valid PM&DC registration, copies of all academic certificates, four passport size photographs, copies of publications, if any, CNIC copy, CV, local or domicile certificate, fee receipt, No Objection Certificate from the previous institute before joining
