Eligibility
This United States government programme funds up to ten months of lecturing, post-doctoral research, or a combination of the two, at a United States college or university. Persons selected are expected to share information about Pakistani society and culture with students, colleagues and community groups in the United States. On returning to Pakistan, Fulbright scholars are expected to make a significant contribution to Pakistan's development and share their United States experiences with students, colleagues and community groups in Pakistan. Priority is given to faculty researchers in the early stages of their careers, two to seven years from the completion of their PhD or terminal degree.
